How review priority works

Freshness adds 30 points within 7 days, 20 within 30 days, and 8 within 90 days. Each additional buying household adds 8 points, capped at 24. The strongest company record adds 5–18 points. A qualifying larger purchase adds 18 points.

A larger purchase needs at least 10 earlier stock purchases for the same household and reported owner, using up to the 30 most recent comparable purchases, with its reported lower bound at least three times the median upper bound of those earlier ranges. Comparisons use the preceding year and information disclosed before the candidate filing. This check covers up to the 100 largest eligible purchases with lower bounds of $100,000 or more per scan.

Collection timestamps, old contract records and administrative updates to old bills do not make a story fresh. Scores measure editorial review priority, not investment returns, misconduct, or certainty. Read the original documents before publishing.
